External doors create the first impression where real individuality can be achieved through choosing the correct door and finish. American White Oak External is a comprehensive range of robust Mortice & Tenon and Dowelled Hardwood doors.

From a Georgian home to a contemporary new home our range has the breadth to satisfy all requirements.

In the interest of environmental concerns and improved performance, products contain mixed timber of various species with a Real American White Oak veneered finish. Panels are either laminated timber or MDF with a Real American White Oak veneered overlay & Solid Oak Lippings.

Modern Engineered external doors are manufactured in this way to increase the stability & structural integrity of the doors, Solid Oak is the most notorious timber for bowing & twisting so therefore would not be able to be offered with a Guarantee, our products are all covered by the manufacturers 10 year Materials & Workmanship Quality Guarantee.

All doors are supplied 44mm (1 & 3/4") thickness and are capable of being fitted with 18mm thickness double glazed units (where applicable).

We recommend using the Sikkens Finishing System on all or External products.
